Can this be used on concrete and tile or is it meant only for carpet?

It is okay to spray hard surfaces with Stink Free Instantly Urine Odor Remover, just be sure the product reaches deep into cracks and crevices where the urine would have soaked in.
Can this be used in the laundry? I have blankets with cat urine smell and nothing works!!

Do not use in a spray applicator on carpets, upholstery or other thick or absorbent materials.
Will this get the odor out if I saturate the carpet all over with this and let sit for an hour then suck it out with steam cleaner and go over it with hot steam water with the steam cleaner? I need the smell out and for them not to go back to the spot.

This product eliminates odors pets can smell which helps prevent them from coming back to that same spot. For thick materials, such as carpets, saturate an area wider than the surface stain. Do not dilute this product, simply pour it on the area and let it dry. You do not need to scrub or use any extra machines to help this product remove the odor as it will do this naturally. You may use this product alone or with other Stink Free Stain and Odor products.

Use full strength - do not dilute. Check material for color fastness before applying. Do not use if material is not color-fast completely saturate the entire contaminated area and let it dry. For thick materials, such as carpets, saturate an area wide than the surface stain. Urine is absorbed both horizontally and vertically, in a pyramid-like pattern, which makes the contaminated area below the surface larger than the surface stain.
