County Gave Me This First

Had mama cat and eight kittens. The county gave us this for the cat family. No issues. Used it for my outdoor stray cat. He ate it up when I mixed it with his food

I ordered several paste items for our horse and donkey. This was the first time I’ve ever ordered from Chewy and I was missing an item when I received my order

I ordered several paste items for our horse and donkey. This was the first time I’ve ever ordered from Chewy and I was missing an item when I received my order. I sent an email about the missing item and wasn’t sure if it would be resolved to my satisfaction. I was so Impressed with the speed at which I received a response. Someone emailed quickly stating they were sorry for the item not being sent and that it would be sent asap. I received the item the very next day. I am so impressed with your level of customer service. I will be a forever customer!
