Will this stay at the bottom or just float to the top? I want it to anchor plants down.

This driftwood will remain at the bottom of your tank. For best results, pre-soak to allow saturation before adding to the aquarium or terrarium.

Do you have to boil this or put it in water before you put it in your fish tank ?

Good, boil before use

Nothing to complain about, fair sized, I got the 4 inch 3 count, wanted smth small for a 3 gallon shrimp tank, these’ll do just fine, only note is they have a slight

Nothing to complain about, fair sized, I got the 4 inch 3 count, wanted smth small for a 3 gallon shrimp tank, these’ll do just fine, only note is they have a slight smell to them so I’d recommend boiling them before putting them into a tank to avoid any parasites or chemicals left on

The pieces were smaller than I thought (my fault for not reading more closely). The quality is still great. Instead of using them for hiding places, I’ve arranged them as a way to get from one piece of wood to another in the terrarium for my gold dust day gecko. Probably would not order again

Plecos snack time !

1st time Ive used drift wood but the baby plecos seemed to like it .I soaked it for about 24 hrs before placing it in the tank and that worked well .

Love this

I have ordered a number of these over the years. I have used them in aquariums, isopod bins, and in bioactive terrariums with isopods. Overall, I am a huge fan

I have ordered a number of these over the years. I have used them in aquariums, isopod bins, and in bioactive terrariums with isopods. Overall, I am a huge fan. They provide lots of little hiding places for bugs. Shrimp love them. One warning... I put a few pieces in a Betta tank once. I came home after being out one day and I couldn't find him in his tank. I kept looking, knowing that he couldn't have jumped out because the tank is covered. I ended up finding him INSIDE a piece of the cholla wood that I had put in there and he couldn't get out. It was easy to break open, but I would be careful to check your pieces for size before you put it in a tank.

Great for Shrimp! CAUTION for fish

I loved the look of these and they were a great source of biofilm. Unfortunately, I have very curious sparkling gourami and one got stuck inside and died.

Cholla wood for aquarium

I boiled them when I got them. All three pieces sunk to the bottom exactly like they should. I am pleased with my purchase!
