    I guess it works.

    By on

Would have given 5 stars but it doesn't hold even the plastic plants down well. I hope that it is really helping my snails. Main reason why I bought it. All of them seems to be content with it. So I'm good.

    Great Product so far.

    By on

I love the color. I am setting up my fish tank at the moment and it is cycling so no shrimp, fish, or plants have been added yet. I have a ten gallon tank but I would suggest maybe buying two bags because though it did fill the tank up, I personality feel like I could use some more.

    Amazing Plant Growth!

    By on

I’m super impressed with this substrate!! The growth on my plants is phenomenal, I swear some of them grow overnight. And since I haven’t added any extra fertilizer or CO2, I’m chalking the growth up to this awesome substrate. I’ll definitely buy this again

    Great for plants

    By on

So far so good! I am setting up a nano tank that is heavily planted. I wanted something that would look good and keep the plants healthy. This looks great! It is like perfectly round pellets. Very aesthetically pleasing with the plants and large driftwood. I plan to add cherry shrimp once the tank has had time to fully cycle, so I bought this as it says it's recommended for plants and shrimp. Very pleased!

    Useless substrate

    By on

Yes, it looks great, is easy to clean, and claims to be great for plants and shrimp. Truth is, it is way too lightweight which makes it impossible to anchor plants down. A fish just needs to barely touch a plant and it makes the plant uproot. Not recommended. I threw this out and used another kind.

    best choice vs other gravels

    By on

You have it wash it just once and before putting it in the tank and doesn’t cloud water at all. Better choice or better said best choice between other gravel brands. And it great for plant growth and shrimp love it!
