This pump kit does not need to be attached to anything. Simply place nozzle in the tank and use the operation bulb to siphon the water out the discharge hole into a bucket.

How do you stop it from suctioning

To stop flow, lift the netted nozzle end out of the water before the container you are emptying water to is full.

Started with cloudy water and tiny guppys darting everywhere while dirt just sat there. I tried this aquarium siphon and yes it does suck away waste fast without stressing the fish. Gravel stays put, poop and old food are gone, and cleaning feels kinda fun now LOL. My guppy tank looks clear again and I am not soaked anymore, solid tool for sure!!

A very simple concept, but it worked amazingly. I was able to start and stop the flow of water very quickly. The only thing is that some of the grossness of the tank wouldn’t go through the filter as it was too big. But any bigger and I assume that normal gravel would go through. I have river rock so slightly bigger holes would have worked better. But from most, I’m assuming this would be perfect and it’s absolutely doable for me.

I ordered this product twice and both times the tube was bent so much in packaging that there were cracks through it. This obviously prevents the device from working

Cheap for a reason

Came folded so has weak spots in pipe its cheap cheap it will work in a pinch but wouldnt recommend. Better off spending the extra money an getting a good one.

I have box different models of this from different companies and this is by far the best siphon I have gotten yet All of them need a little rigging here and there
