total life saver for my backyard pond setup

My koi pond was looking super murky and I could barely see my fish through all the gunk. I tried every chemical under the sun but nothing worked to get those tiny

My koi pond was looking super murky and I could barely see my fish through all the gunk. I tried every chemical under the sun but nothing worked to get those tiny floating bits out. I decided to try this filter pad and just cut it to fit my pump box. It trapped everything the big filters missed! Now my water is so clear it looks like the fish are floating in mid air.

So tired

About every other month I order a 40lb bag of cat litter and they put it it a big box along with everything thing else including the smaller things in that order

About every other month I order a 40lb bag of cat litter and they put it it a big box along with everything thing else including the smaller things in that order and it gets destroyed or damaged. I just received my order yesterday and in it was 2 boxes of tick and flea liquid in dispense tubes. Well they were at the bottom of box one was smashed, opened and nothing inside it. It was laying elsewhere amongst other things and at the top of the box when I opened it was a 14lb bag of cat food and a 16lb bag of dog food. I have been with Chewy for a very long time, I have also ask them to put cat litter in separate box so it doesn't smash anything else. This is about 3rd or 4th time I have called them on this. I have also have had wet food smashed in those boxes as well and have sent in pictures in the past. I am tired of you all not listening to me as a long time customer.
