There is definitely a lot to like on this leash. Let's start with the pros: I love the material: it feels great in my hand and is SO easy to clean and takes zero time to dry. I take my pup to the beach a lot and I just wipe the sand and salt water right off. It’s soooo convenient! There’s also no risk of the leash fraying, unlike with my other leash (which is more of like a rope material). I also really like how SUPER easy it is to convert this leash from crossbody to handheld to around-the-waist. The extra ring is the perfect spot for a poop bag holder, and the light blue color is GORGEOUS! Now, some feedback/areas of improvement: the clasps are kind of annoying. They open a bit awkwardly (sideways?) (pic enclosed), which on my squirmy pup, makes it an extra challenge when trying to attach to his harness. I would prefer a carabiner-type clasp, but I’m sure I’ll eventually get used to it. Lastly I recently noticed some discoloration happening right around the connector ring (pic enclosed). This is a bit disappointing for a $46 leash, so I hope it doesn’t spread or get worse.

It is a nice leash if it works for your dog. When I was researching it said that this leash was good for small dogs (as well as other sizes). I have a 3lb dog and the leash was too heavy. The metal clips were not light and pulled his harness from the weight. Nice leash but didn’t work for my small dog.

I love this leash, the hands free leash is such a game changer and I love that there are 4 diff ways to wear it. My only thing is, my dog is a chewer and the little plastic adjusting part got messed up and bitten by him - but that’s really because of my dog not my leash. He only chewed up the one part so I can’t use it as the long leash type but it’s okay!

This is the best leash I have ever come across. My 20lb Schnoodle refuses to be trained but from the first walk with this leash worn crossbody (also got the harness) and she was walking next to me better than she ever has. I like the different options of use and easy cleaning. Will purchase more from this brand. I saw a review for this brand where someone was saying it needs a dedicated handle and honestly it doesn’t so don’t let that be a deterrent. You can make one and also you find you don’t need it anyway.

As a dog mom and cane user, walking my pup used to be very difficult. When my MS is active, the right side of my body is virtually useless, and I need my left to hold my cane. Before discovering this leash, I researched a ton of hands-free leashes, but couldn't find one that checked all boxes. Finally, I found this one, and after a year with it (I bought directly from them before they joined the Chewy team), I am still so in love with it. It has held up well, is lightweight, and easy to clean. I couldn't recommend it more, and now that I have a second dog, I am 100% getting a 2nd leash from them. (I especially love that it matches my pup's one blue eye.)
