Does the specified length refer to the total length of the bungee without being coiled? I'm seeing a length of 52" for the small, but my cage is only 38" tall. If the bungee can be make shorter, please specify. Thank you.

The 52 refers to the total length in inches. This rope has an internal wire so you can bend it and reshape the coils to suit your bird’s needs.

What size is good for Quaker parrot?

The Small is suitable for Parrotlets, Parakeets, Cockatiels and Lovebirds. The Medium is suitable for Caiques, Conures, Quakers and Ringnecks. The Large is suitable for African Greys, Alexandrines, Amazons, Eclectus, Small Cockatoos, Mini Macaws and similar sized birds. The X-Large is suitable for Large Amazons, Cockatoos and Macaws.
What type of metal are the wire and bell made out of?

Sized 4 Budgies

This is a replacement rope. We've never been without one of these. It gets a lot of use in their playground. They gather here for naps, meetings, concerts, etc.

My parakeets enjoy their bungee perch

My parakeets prefer this type of bungee perch to all others. My pair is 10 years old and they know what they like. The perch is washable and I've had to replace the perch only once in the last ten years.

She loves it!

Perfect for my African Grey. I had the larger one for years and this size, the Large, fits her feet better. She loves it when I swing it back and forth and spin her around on it. It’s like a carnival ride! I have it hanging from the ceiling in her room.

Ver pretty not very durable with Cockatoo

This might be good for smaller bird but my cockatoo destroyed it in a matter of hours. Came loose at the top and from there he shredded it.

Good quality, durable

I love the length and diameter of this rope, looks fun and has lasted well. For some reason our adult cockatoo is afraid to climb on it. I have it situated from the top center of his cage to the bottom right I once released him from my hand onto it and he panicked, flapping his wings as he fell to the bottom of his cage. I hope with time he will feel confident enough to climb it. This would be great for a more adventurous bird!

Big and Lots of Fun!

My African Grey loves to climb and swing on this toy. It’s durable enough for a large bird beak. You can adjust the length with how tight you keep e coil. We have ours stretched to about 4 feet in length. This ones worth the price!
