I got these in an attempt to offer my ladies additional treats aside from fresh produce and cereal. These were smaller pieces than I hoped and the girls just ended up sniffing them and moving on. I tried sprinkling them in a few places to see what worked, but this just isn’t what they want.
i would like to see the flowers in there too not just crushed leaves, its more nutritious for the animals I think, at least horses.
Easy to order deliver to door
Just ground up leaves not large enough to actually get any bites. May as well be inhaling dust. They tried to get a taste but it is just not possible. I feel like I am teasing them with the scent.
I can't say my tortoise is going crazy for it.. but he doesn't shy away from it and Honestly that alone is a win for a picky eater. I like that the pieces are small because I just add a tiny bit on top of foods he does enjoy. Hopefully he will grow more taste to it.
Both my rabbits and guinea pigs enjoy this treat mixed with their pellets.
I love the concept, but the pieces are very small, almost like dust. It gave one of my guinea pigs bloat. Within 3 days, he had to be euthanized. I'm not going to risk it with the rest of them.
My chin loves these. In the picture, it looks like loose leafs, and though it does not show in product description or in the pictures, the directions on the back of the bag say to sprinkle into hay or food, hence why they are loose leaves. I feed my chin pinches from my hand so if you can do that with your pet, then that will work perfectly fine too. It’s a good, natural product that I feel comfortable giving as a treat to my chin, unlike a lot of pet store brands.
Thought this came in small blocks not a loose almost powder consistency. I sprinkle it on Harleys fresh veggies but she has difficulty eating it even though she likes dandelions
My bunny loves these dried dandelion greens! She’s not a big hay eater like I want her to be, but putting a pinch of these in her hay makes her a lot more attracted to it!
