No problems really liking this manufacturer great for chinchillas be careful what you feed yours I feed mazuri diet 2tablespoons and a half 1/2 teaspoon dandelion and a whole rose hip or a few broken pieces equaling 1

My bag did arrive open but not enough for it to be an issue. It smells really fresh and my rabbit seems to really enjoy it so far! I am happy to have found something affordable that he enjoys. Will definitely continue to purchase.
