Can't use, has banned ingredient.

I can't really honestly review this product to know whether it is bad or good, I chose one star as it has a banned ingredient and the barn my horse is at us a show

I can't really honestly review this product to know whether it is bad or good, I chose one star as it has a banned ingredient and the barn my horse is at us a show barn so nothing with banned ingredients is allowed at the barn, it was the tryptophan. I am sorry for having to leave a 1 star review. Banned ingredients for performance horses is a thing though. I am truly sorry.

What an amazing product! I love the fact that they are 100% natural, I would never use any type of sedative or tranquilizer. I also love that they can be used as needed rather than daily. They help keep my Arabians calm through some fairly extreme trail riding… they love the taste, and it’s like feeding them a treat!

I show halter horse that just would not stand still in the ring. In the trailer she would work herself into a full sweat for a short ride (10mins) I put her a 1 scoop a day and in a few days I seen the difference. A full 7 days on being on synchill we had a show,she stood like a dream in the ring and after a 1 hour trailer ride to the show she wasn't sweaty at all.. 100% love this product

So I have a horse that has been out of work for a bit, I thought this would be great to try. I did notice that he was better focused and calmer so we were able to get him back into work without a lot of funny stuff. I think I wuld need a good 2 months to see the full effects but would reccomend this product to others he may need that something to help keep their horses more focused.

Horses ate it right up! Step one in any supplement. Seems to have a nice calming effect without any grogginess or stomach upset. The fact that it’s very palatable

Horses ate it right up! Step one in any supplement. Seems to have a nice calming effect without any grogginess or stomach upset. The fact that it’s very palatable is a real plus for picky eaters. Used for my horse that’s being re-started and she was totally chill even in high winds with lots of noise.

Used this product when loading my horse up for a event that was an hour away she did wonderful at the event and was calm even though she was around a lot of different horses and obstacles. She's a little smaller than my gelding. I gave it to him because I know he's buddy sour and he was left at the barn and the first couple hours he was a little irate that she was gone but then calmed down. That would indicate to me that I probably should have given it sooner to him before we left so it does seem to take about 2 or 3 hours to go into effect, just be aware of that, it didn't work right away like magnesium does. He is a bit larger so maybe should have given him a little more.

I was very excited to get the Synchill daily thinking that it would help my mare relax a little when I took one of her pasture mates out for training. She is always well behaved if she's the one being worked. The first day, I gave her one scoop and she gobbled it up as if she were getting a special treat. I waited 2 hours and she actually started digging and flapping her lips more as time went by. The Synchill seemed to have an opposite effect on her as she focused solely on what I call, her cute vice, lip flapping. I'd never heard her do it so fast. The directions say it can take 3 or 4 days to build up in their system so I gave it again the next day even though she was jigging when I brought her inside the next morning after her first dose and raced into her stall and ripped away when I took her halter off which is not her personality at all. The next morning, after her second dose from the day before, she did the same thing with jigging and racing into her stall and ripping away when I removed her halter. I was hesitant to give her the third dose that day, but I did it anyway. I really wanted to give Synchill a try, but unfortunately, when my mare nipped me for the first time ever, I knew this was not the supplement for her. I never even got a chance to see how it worked if I tacked her up because of the behavior she was exhibiting just in bringing her inside. I hope it works for other people, but it definitely was not calming for my mare. For me, the product definitely deserves at least 2 stars just for the fact that it obviously is a very tasty supplement and no supplement is worth anything if your horse doesn't eat it and mine loved this one. I also liked that it came in pellet form and not powder. The price is high in my opinion, especially when the dosage can be anywhere from a half scoop to 2 scoops a day. Two Scoops a day would only last two weeks if given daily and the fact that it didn't work and had the opposite effect on my mare makes it only 2 stars.

This product is well-packaged and comes with an easy-to-use scoop. The instructions are clear and I had no issues at all getting my horse to eat it! I haven’t noticed a huge calming difference, but I do think I’ve noticed some and imagine continuing to use it over a longer time would be more beneficial. It has only been a couple weeks.
