Order solo or light products

Was wedged next to kitty litter and completely crushed and cracked. I had to sweep up the fish food to put into another container. Couldn’t they have wrapped it

Was wedged next to kitty litter and completely crushed and cracked. I had to sweep up the fish food to put into another container. Couldn’t they have wrapped it in more paper to prevent this? I’ll never order this again with other products. If I do it will be by itself to prevent this from happening again.
