Can I add to the water in my Hoover carpet cleaner?

This product can be used in a carpet cleaner. If you are treating urine you will want to ensure that the carpet cleaner is able to reach the source. Sometimes urine can penetrate down into the padding. If that is the case, we recommend saturating the spot with this product and then cleaning over it with the carpet cleaner.

Is this safe for use on unsealed concrete?

This product is safe for use on unsealed concrete. Odorcide 210 Concentrate is safe to use on any surface.

Is this an enzymatic cleaner? If so, what enzymes are in this product?

The concentrator is non-enzymatic. It works through counteraction, absorption, molecular bonding, inhibitors, and residual actions. Essentially this concentrate bonds to the source of the odor and prevents it from having the ability to off-gas. This permanently eliminates the odor from the source.

Issue with shipping

Haven't used the product yet. It smells good. But it leaked all over in shipment. Didn't empty the bottle just about 1/5 of it. Appears the lids weren't tight
