My cat is a fish lover, and she prefers gravy and smoother textures. The chicken mousse got eaten, albeit without enthusiasm, when I moistened it with a little extra water. But not her favorite flavor. The salmon variety came closer to her taste, although she wasn't wild about it. I may try another pack of this as we get her started on a prescription diet and try different things. Kudos to Tiki Cat for offering pet owners a way to sample a variety of new foods instead of having to buy a lot of something the cat decides she doesn't like.

One of the varieties in the sample pack is a shredded chicken, which I didn't think my one cat would like, since she seems to dislike eating shredded foods (odd, but there it is). But she made the effort to chew that one up too! The only things I don't like about it are the price and the size of the cans. Those little 3-oz cans do not lend themselves to multicat households, where one of those cans is essentially a single serving for 2 cats -- and that's if you mix it with kibble. I bought this to give my cats a little variety, but I can't afford to buy it with any regularity.

Disappointed

I have a VERY picky eater. The food looked good, it actually looked like real food, so I was excited for him to try it. He ate a couple of bites and then gagged

Not even the puree one , which I was certain he would like. It was a bummer because this food was much more affordable than the rest but unfortunately my cat will not eat it.
