The best way to transition to a new food is to switch gradually over the course of 7-10 days. For example, make a mixture that contains 25% of the new food and 75% of the old food and feed that for three days. Then make it 50-50 for three more days, then 75% new food and 25% old food for three more days. If your dog seems comfortable with this progression, you can start feeding 100% new food. If at any time your pet starts vomiting, has loose stools, or appears constipated, slow the rate at which you are switching the food. If problems continue to occur, consult your veterinarian.

Great topper for her dry food and she really liked it. Ginger not only good gor the tummy but as a great anti-inflammatory I gave some to my dad for his senior chihuahua and she loved it as well

My dog is impossible to please. He’s suuuuper picky. This topper is a life saver. I was buying the weruva pumpkin but it was hit or miss with him depending on his mood. He flips over this one. It’s truly been a blessing for us.

Suitable for puppies

I add a tablespoon of this to my puppies food to give his food a little extra something. I also used this while I was switching him over to new food to help with the process and he's had normal poops. It loses a star because of the packaging, because I don't use the full packet all at once, the pouch gets a little messy. I also find it wasteful because I feel like there's still food stuck in there even when I try to squeeze everything out.

Wow! These little pouches you can put over your dog's dry food are something else. It definitely takes their food to a whole different level and looks like they're being pampered. My furbabies love these when it comes time to eat! think the pouches are perfect serving sizes. Not too big and not too small.

This is a great idea,so much easier than buying a can of pumpkin,and keeping in fridge,and you may or may not use it.I don't like to waste.Great to keep on hand for a treat,or occasional digestive upset.Even our picky girl that you practically have to invite to eat her food likes it.A hit at our house!
