Great but has issues

I bought this for a rescue Mom and her kittens. They loved it so much it fell apart. The design is great but the material should be canvas or at least woven stronger- better- something. It will come apart from their everyday use and start to fray in long strands. I cut them initially but had to stop using as I was afraid they would start to eat and swallow them. I am hoping the company improves that one design flaw as I would by it again if I knew it was made with better material. For the price it needs to be improved. Would only recommend for a lazy cat that likes to hide in stuff not energetic kittens! By the way Chewy refunded my money and I bought a more expensive well built one that they are using now.

Finally something they like!

Two cats who don't like cat trees. Wasn't sure how this would be received. They LOVE it. One or the other is always in/on it.
