I don’t care if it says it’s moisturizing, it’s more of an oily/greasy residue. Did not work well for any of my pets. Especially my Sphynx cat!

I could put in some drops, gentle rub her ears, and then use Q tips to clean the ears including canals.

Smells nice, not sure how much it actually cleaned

This formula smelled nice and left the outer portions of the ears cleaner. I’m not sure how much it helped deeper in the ear canal, but it didn’t seem to irritate
