Does this product have an expiration date?

This shampoo has a two-year shelf life. The first four numbers of the lot number located on the bottom of the bottle list the two-digit year and two digit month the product was made.
I notice this product contains Cocoa. I was under the impression that Cocoa was toxic for dogs. Is there any concern? If I ask my dog not to lick his fur, he doesn't listen.

If I don't dilute this product 5-1 can it cause irritation to my dogs skin?

Can I use this shampoo to regularly bath my puppy?
