Not what I expected but still great!

So from the product photo I assumed these were natural pork skin, kind of like how pig ears come. I had ordered from this brand before and really loved the product

I had ordered from this brand before and really loved the product so i didn’t even check reviews or ingredients. I probably would not have ordered if I had checked them, but nonetheless my dogs love the treats and I feel like it was a good value for the price

I am always on the hunt for a good tasting treat that is healthy and easy for my older dogs to eat. TruRanch Pork Skin Twists were definitely a hit with my older dogs especially Shiloh. Shiloh is missing teeth and several years ago chewing a chew bone became out of the question for him and that was one of his favorite things to do. I handed him one of these 5 inch Bacon flavored twists and he immediately began rolling it around in his mouth, tasting it. Then, like in his fashion, he placed his paw on it and began holding it to chew on it. He was truly happy. For as small as they may seem, they lasted a good while. And for me, another great attraction to these dog chews is that they are made from pork skin and not rawhide, so its safer for him. Another great thing is they also help clean his teeth. And above all, it's nice to have treats everyone can enjoy, not just two out of my 3 boys. Overall, these Pork Skin Twists get 5 stars from my boys.

I recently tried the TruRanch 5-inch Pork Skin Twists (Bacon Flavored, 20 count), and my 12-year-old Husky mix, Ace, absolutely loved them! He’s an 85-pound gentle giant, and these treats kept him entertained for a good while. They’re a great size for larger dogs and have a satisfying crunch that Ace clearly enjoyed. It’s always a win when a treat holds his attention and gets his tail wagging. On the other hand, my smaller Malipoo wasn’t a fan. I think the texture was just a bit too tough for him—he’s picky with chews that are on the harder side. While they didn’t work for my little one, I’d definitely recommend these for dogs who enjoy a hearty, long-lasting treat. They seem to be made with quality ingredients and are a great option if you’re looking for something flavorful and durable. Ace gives them two paws up!

Bonnie is a cavalier king Charles spaniel. She isnt a huge chewer. She is sensitive to chicken and beef. Therefore, very limmited in what she can have as treats

Bonnie is a cavalier king Charles spaniel. She isnt a huge chewer. She is sensitive to chicken and beef. Therefore, very limmited in what she can have as treats. These are pork! Something she have. We dont like rawhides but these are touted as a safe alternative. She love it. She has been chewying on it since she got it. It took abou 40 minutes for her to finish. It seems to be something she chews smaller bits off of so we think they are safe. Its nice to have a chicken/beef alternative for her.

One might consider these the McDonalds of dog treats. My baby loves them. But her human mom ( me) tends toward healthy, real ingredients made in USA.

I think I liked this product a little more than my 3 huskies. I liked that it is made using more natural ingredients and with no rawhide, which I never give to my dogs. They are a bit small for my dogs, but smaller dogs may like them more. The treats are good for chewing, which helps with dental health. My dogs can be picky sometimes, but they all eventually ate their treats.

Unfortunately these chew sticks were a definite no go with the dogs. They tried to chew on them, played with them, tried to chew on them again, and then walked away. I did try a second time with them, but it was a nope. I like the fact they aren't raw hide and they smelled really good, but the dogs didn't agree. The neighbors dog loved them.

As soon as we opened the bag, our dog ozzy was there and begging. First treat he took and went off on his own to chew. Takes a while to chew but he enjoyed it

Fun, long lasting treat

My 2 girls LOVE this item. When it is “treat” time they each take in separate rooms and have a ball! It takes them time to chew instead of just swallowing a treat
