How will this do with dogs that pull? My dog is 65lbs im worried about if it will hold

Great leash!

I have two of these leashes and I love them. We use them to run and hike with our dogs. I was concerned that the buckle on the hip belt would break with pulling, but I've had one of these leashes for 3 years with a HEAVY puller and the buckle is still going strong. Having a loop close to the dog is great so I can hold them close to me when they're getting too excited about something. The bungee function is also awesome because it gives a bit of extra spring when there is a sudden stop or change in direction.

Running leash

I had no idea that this leash was for hands free running. I would not have purchased it I had known. It matches the harness and it works as a traditional leash. I had to look at the video to set it up.

Awesome strong bungee

I LOVE THIS LEASH! the bungee is Strong and I can finally be hands free even with my pulling pooch. Get this leash. It's awesome.

Almost perfection!

This is a great leash! I love being able to be hands free and know I'm still in control. The bungee is perfect for my year and a half 65lb pitty (all muscle) Made of a great material and so far seems to be holding up great on lots of beach days. I'd buy this again and again. Definitely worth it! Oh and the clip is big enough to use a collar and a prong collar at the same time. Very handy for training!

Not great for puppy

This seems like it would be really convenient for a well trained dog but, it's great for our 8 week old puppy. Will hopefully get good use when she is older.

Poor Durability

The lower hand lower snapped after just two months of use, after my 50lb golden retriever puppy made a dash for a squirrel. There needs to be a middle loop; if I just hold onto the loop closest to the belt, then my dog can stretch out too far away. The belt continually loosens, so I need to readjust it almost every time I put it on. It's better than not having a running leash, but I need to buy a substitute after this one broke. I plan to buy a different model of runners leash.

love this!!

I love that you can use this leash either with the hands free belt or without as a regular leash. The bungee feature is strong and it is SO REFLECTIVE at night!! Really lights up when lights shine on it! Love the traffic handle too. Definitely helpful when I want to keep my pup closer to me.

I regret not buying it sooner!!

The best leash ever! My Aussie loves to walk around me in circles because of her herding instincts and this leash allows her to roam free around me while walking. Running with her has never been easier and I love the bungee in the middle of the leash, she really does spring back to me. Such a thoughtfully thought out product that every pet parent needs!

Works great with some home modifications

Like others said, the stretchy length is not as stretchy as we would like, but it works fine. Our issue was the waist loop. It does not hold the size. I sewed a button into it to keep the sizing clip from sliding wider. Works great.
