Sizing issue

Cob size usually fits one of my horses in multiple other brands, but this was an extremely wide face mask. I can still manage with it, but there is a ton of leftover

Cob size usually fits one of my horses in multiple other brands, but this was an extremely wide face mask. I can still manage with it, but there is a ton of leftover Velcro, to the point it’s almost unusable. I wonder if it’s mislabeled, because I’m pretty positive it would fit my warm blood sized horse.
