60 days at what dose though? ½ scoop or 1 scoop?

The 4 pound pail contains a 30 - 60 day supply and the 10 pound pail contains a 75 - 150 day supply when administering the maintenance dose at the rate of 30-60 g daily.

My horse eats this with soaked grain.

My horse has no problem eating this- it is added to her soaked grain (pellets and other supplement products). It smells good! It's only been about a week, so no comment on its efficacy quite yet.

Horses don't like it

I gave this one star because the horses won't eat it. It smells good to me but it won't work if they won't eat it. I manged to get one of my horses to eat it for a few weeks but I noticed his movement actually got worse after being on it. Probably because I took him off of his other joint supplement to be on this one. Maybe this one was helping in ways I couldn't see internally but externally there was no improvement. I love other Uckele products but this one won't be purchased again.

So far, so good!

I started my mare on the loading dose three weeks ago and think she is feeling more comfortable! Her chiropractor saw her a few days ago and thought the same thing. Definite improvement since she saw her before starting the supplement. I researched all of the well known joint supplements like crazy before deciding to try this one, as it seemed to have the most bang for its buck. I was a little disappointed to see the price has gone up by $13 though, just from when I ordered not even a month ago! Hopefully the standard 1/2 scoop dose is enough for my girl and we can make it last the 60 days.

Seems like a good product, horse approved

Seems like a good product, horse eats it without any problem (of course she eats almost anything), but it does have a strong smell. However, will be looking for something else, because like everything else, it was already on the expensive side and now I see it's gone up more. On the plus side, Chewy has the best price on it if you can afford to feed it all the time. It's worth a try and is right on the money with appropriate joint supplement amounts especially for an arthritic horse.

Horse Won't eat

So far I can't get my horse to eat this suppliment. I've tried disguising it with her other feed and molasses but no luck so far. I'm currently on vacation and will try again when I get back in a couple weeks.

fantastic supplement!

I researched all of the required recommended ingredients for a stellar joint supplement and researched the minimum therapeutic dosage of each and this is the only joint supplement out there after standing comparing product at my local equine supply for an hour (big Dees) that had the minimum or more of each ingredient. My older mare went from limping on a cold day to perfectly sound in two weeks ! LOVE Uckele products!

Best joint supplement

One of the only supplements with multiple key ingredients for joints . Definitely can see a difference in the horses movement after being on this supplement .

one horse does not like

Tried to feed to senior horses and he doesn’t like it refuses to eat it even when mixed with other feed.
