Get the most out of your cat litter with Ultra Pearls Crystal Cat Litter. Made with silica gel pearls, which are a naturally occurring mineral made of water, sand, and oxygen, it offers superior moisture and odor-trapping qualities. In fact, it absorbs urine instantly and leaves litter dry to the touch—which in turn provides maximum odor control. And since the moisture then evaporates, the pearls can be raked and used over and over again for up to a month, making this an earth-friendly options as well. Totally non-toxic and safe for cats, it’s soft on the paws and cuts down on tracking.
Key Benefits- Silica gel cat litter offers maximum odor control and leaves litter dry to the touch.

As with any new cat litter it is very important to introduce it gradually. Cats are not excited about litter changes so whenever introducing any new cat litter it is recommended that you incorporate some portion of the old litter to encourage cat’s trial. It may even be best to incorporate some clumps of waste or used litter from the currently used box during the first couple days. A 50% new on bottom / 50% old on top mix best for the first month gradually stirring the litters to mix and let the cat get used to the texture and sounds of the new litter. By the time you get to the start of month 2 the silica gel litter should be the only litter in the box with complete cat acceptance. You may also find it helpful to place the cat in the box after changing to pearls and comfort them into trying the texture and sound. Pearls may have more sound as they shift as the cat walks.

Middle of the road litter
By Cenmad on Sep 22, 2020
We've tried almost a dozen different kinds of non-clumping litter since our 23-year-old developed issues with clumping litter. This one is definitely not the best, but definitely not the worst of them either. Urine odor control is good, on par with any other crystal litter and better than Dr Elsey's. Fecal odor control is terrible, the worst of any of the crystal litters. It doesn't seem to dry it out as fast as other crystal litters, and the whole house would smell within minutes of a litter box visit. The particles are all different sizes ranging from tiny pebbles to larger pebbles. None of them are the fine grained sand like the Dr Elsey's crystal litters. They are rounded, though which I thought might be nicer on the cats' paws then jagged pieces. Unfortunately, it also means they roll all over the place. The cats track it a LOT, and I find it all over the house, far, far away from the litter boxes. At least the jagged pieces of other litters tracked just a few feet from the litter boxes. We'll be dumping this one before it's really used up, just because it's too annoying. We'll go back to ScoopFree blue until we can find one better. … more

Rolling litter
By Roll on Jan 3, 2021
This litter rolled everywhere. My cat likes to kick litter out of the box and when you try to sweep it up it just rolled everywhere

Our cat urinates large amounts but this litter is able to handle it. No odor, no mess.

Stick tracks and if you step on it - it’s like stepping on legos!

chunky lady
By ultra on Jul 17, 2020
my cat tracks every kind of litter we've had in insane amounts and vacuuming once a day barely kept it under control. this is my favorite litter so far because on top of the lasting power of crystal litter it also has huge pieces that don't catch in his paws as easily and i find myself cleaning up my floors several times a day.

Too Rough, wouldn't buy again.
By Alicia on Apr 22, 2020
My cats are not too particularly picky when it comes to litter but this stuff is not fun. Normal litter tracking is an annoyance this stuff tracking is worse than stepping on a tiny shard of glass. If I can't walk on it I don't want my kitties to walk on it. I do not recommend if you have tile flooring. I have no carpet in my home so I can't speak for how easy it is to clean. My robot vacuum picks up most the tracking but because the grains are so large my cats have been playing with them like toys and are all over my house. Hate this stuff. Only bought because other litter was out of stock.

Do you like litter on your floor? THIS IS FOR YOU!
By Nani on May 8, 2020
This product was purchased with the motivation to minimize the litter tracking around my apartment. I have been a fan of crystal litters for many years and have been looking for a product that is more tidy. THIS IS NOT IT. The silica is round and rolls all over any hard surfaced floor. I cringe at the sound of it tapping all over my hard wood floors every time little Jimi uses the litter box.

Ultra pearls
By Tammy on Jun 11, 2020
Well I love it, however one of my two cats hate it so much she has taken to pooping outside the box on the floor. Snickelfritz, the boy, doesn't seem to care but it is harder to scoop as it is hard to get through the scoop hole.

Ultra Rough
By OneCatPerson on Jul 5, 2020
This stuff does it’s job, but watch out for the litter box fallout. It’s so rough it’s like stepping on LEGOs or glass!

No smell, and last for a long time. I will never go back to regular cat litter.
