This brand is much more affordable than the 'name' brand, and works great! It has very low tracking but the main thing is that it does not stick or clump on my old kitties paws! I don't have issues with smell either. I use it in a senior cat litter box (floor-level entry) that I also got here on Chewy. I use the sifting scoop for the poop and I tilt the box around and use a food-scooper to get the wee, I prefer not to stir in the wee back to crystal form, this saves you from smell. So go with the Chewy brand when looking for crystal cat litter, perfect for my senior gal.

This micro crystal is actually capable of scooping. I hate clay litter. Your cats paws are coveted in clay from using it. Should be banned. Crystal litters are pricey and don't last as long as they claim but I have 2 cats who constantly use litter box. This is probably the best little to none tracking with a little dust crystal litter that I have found. I swear I have used them all. Hahaaa

I’ve had a lot of cats and I’m a pet sitter so I’ve scooped thousands and thousands of boxes over many years on earth now and this is the brand I’ve been using for

I’ve had a lot of cats and I’m a pet sitter so I’ve scooped thousands and thousands of boxes over many years on earth now and this is the brand I’ve been using for years now and the one I’ve bought the most loyally. It’s light weight so I can easily get it upstairs to the box and then into the box when it’s time to change it. I scoop and stir daily to keep it fresh between changes and this prevents odors and anything sticking to the box so dumping the old stuff and cleaning the box before adding a new bag is easy peasy. I do this about once every 3 weeks on average for my one cat and keep an extra box he rarely uses just in case. We’re both happy.

I started purchasing this after using tidy cats health check litter just to see if my senior was having urinary issues since he'd been urinating outside the litter

I started purchasing this after using tidy cats health check litter just to see if my senior was having urinary issues since he'd been urinating outside the litter box and I noticed he used his box with no issues with the crystal litter so I began searching for more affordable litter. 1 bag lasts my 3 cats about 2-3 weeks with proper litter maintenance 3 is stretching the time line but overall $30 a month on crystal litter is not bad at all works great just make sure to clean up the tootsie rolls and give the litter a good stir every time to extend the life of the litter and keep the smell to a minimum. If you don't regularly stir the litter urine will begin to pool at the bottom of the litter box creating strong odors. This is normal for silica litter and has nothing to do with the quality of the litter.

This isn't dusty. Pretty litter is dusty, meaning when the cat digs it will be breathing in the dust. This clumps. Pretty litter doesn't clump, meaning the urine soaked litter sits there and when your cat tracks it all over the house you'll have urine soaked litter all over your house. This doesn't change colors like pretty litter however you can buy a litter topper that will, problem solved. Plus this bag is bigger than pretty litter bags.

This is the absolute best litter I have ever used. I switched a few years to a similar litter and was satisfied with it, but after about a week, it would need to be changed, and it was supposed to be a two-to-three-week litter. I decided to try this product because it seemed like a comparable item and was less expensive. Needless to say, I am very pleased with it and will be buying more in the future. Three weeks later, with just daily scooping and stirring, it still looks just like I cleaned the litter box. It doesn't seem to track either. Well done!

No dust and lasts long

I have an automatic cat litter box that is great. It uses Crystal litter and this litter is long lasting and does not produce dust that coats the floor like clay

I have an automatic cat litter box that is great. It uses Crystal litter and this litter is long lasting and does not produce dust that coats the floor like clay litter. I clean the solid waste weekly (which is in a covered compartment) and the box fully every 3 to 4 weeks. I have one cat and this litter is great. Very little odor except when solid waste is deposited but even that dissipates quickly.

One box apparently is the favorite so that gets changed out more frequently. With one cat I think it’s really a bag a month. I’m not sure what this does to environment impact so I worry about that. It’s also does produce dust.
