Best Guinea PIg Food, Ever

Our two guinea pigs absolutley love this food - we put them in their play pen in the morning and let them forage all day. As soon as we began using it, they were so much more active, all day. We use it in the morning and then provide them fresh vegies for their evening meal, watching the serving guidelines so they don't over eat. What an outstanding idea!

I thought it was mostly for foraging

I thought there would be more foraging pieces, but it’s mostly food. There’s still quite a few little treats in there. I still mixed it in with my guinea pigs food anyway and they love it.

Love this feed

When I got my guinea pigs, I was giving "feed" that I was told they liked to eat... they utterly refused to eat it, to the point of starving themselves!!! I did some reading and it led me to this feed... they absolutely love it & get mad when they can see the bottom of the dish!!!

My babies love it!

I was worried about switching their food, it always comes with the risk of your babies just hating it & you wasting money...but oh my goodness! My pickiest eater LOVES IT! It's really fun to watch them forage around in the bowl instead of just eating pellets. This is a very mentally & physically enriching blend. I'm very happy we made the switch!

Great Forage Mix For Guinea Pigs

I've been buying this for my guinea pigs along with their regular timothy hay pellet food, fresh vegetables, and hay. It's a great forage mix for adding a bit more variety into their diet. You can mix a little into their pellets, scatter feed around the enclosure, or sprinkle some into their hay pile to stimulate natural foraging behaviors. My guinea pigs love this.

A friend recently got a Guinea Pig.She was concerned that the little guy ate very little.I won't throw shade on the brand she was using,but it wasn't very good.I told her to try this one since my bunnies love VL products.Little Guinea now eats with vigor.Good food from a great company.
