Not as good as it once was

Not sure what exactly is going on with Kaytee hay/or Chewy but the past two bags I have purchased the hay has arrived damp and brown. A palm full of carrot pieces

Not sure what exactly is going on with Kaytee hay/or Chewy but the past two bags I have purchased the hay has arrived damp and brown. A palm full of carrot pieces maybe 20 pieces. Don’t get me started on the appearance of the hay BROWN! Shriveled and looks nothing like timothy hay. Resembles something you would see in a rain ditch! Now for the really FUN part of this purchase. My rabbit is indoors only! No other pets in the home. Im now treating my indoors only rabbit for ear mites! Ive had my rabbit for two years NEVER had any issue with his ears til this recent purchase. GET IT TOGETHER KAYTEE/CHEWY! Youre going to lose more customers with your shortcuts and lack of quality!

Hay seems fresh and full of carrots

The bag i got is stuffed and i mean STUFFED with carrots. it was the perfect mixture of hay and carrots. Very fresh as well.

Small pieces, gets up their noses

I bought this time 3 different bags of hay, basically unhappy of all of them. There are way more little pieces that gets up their noses & sneeze. Some looked like
