My dog stomach is off balance, been having g the runs more often than I would like due to his illness, since I put him in this it helped eliminate the diarrhea.

My dog was having loose stool and someone recommended that I try a probiotic. This one seemed decent and had good reviews. I didn't really notice a difference. My dog's stool eventually hardened up a little bit, but I can't for sure credit this product because it was after I stopped using the product and changed her food. I think she was having allergy or stress issues. I'll definitely try this product again if she ever has to go on antibiotics because I think probiotics are a great idea when on antibiotics, just as they are for humans.

Convenient dosing, but slow acting

This probiotic comes in convenient, single serve packages and my cocker spaniels seemed to enjoy the taste. When this probiotic was added to their food, they inhaled

This probiotic comes in convenient, single serve packages and my cocker spaniels seemed to enjoy the taste. When this probiotic was added to their food, they inhaled their food as they normally do. Although this probiotic did seem to work, it did not help as quickly as other probiotics my dogs have used. Stools remained abnormal for approximately 36 hours or 2 doses after starting this. With other products used, I've typically seen a positive improvement within 12 hours, after a single dose. I would consider using this product daily with a dog who needed consistent use of probiotics or to support a dog on antibiotic therapy who is not showing any GI symptoms. It's also super convenient when traveling. For GI upset, this product would not be my go-to. It just doesn't seem to start providing relief quickly enough.

I sprinkled the probiotic on to her wet food. She seemed to really like it. If anyone knows how picky Chihuahuas are then you know what I mean 🤣 My dog has some intestinal gas issues that she is on medication for and vets recommend that she also take a probiotic to help with her gut. So we are giving this product a try and so far so good. I'm glad she is eating it. She seemed to like the smell and taste. Even my cat was interested as you can see in the video 😜

I thought that this would be good product and I was happy about saving money. I called the vet and was told to read the ingredients before I purchase. Good thing

I thought that this would be good product and I was happy about saving money. I called the vet and was told to read the ingredients before I purchase. Good thing that I did. There is sucrose in this a natural sugar found in plants. The name brand does not have it. I have 4 dogs on digestive care dog food and I can not take the chance of using this generic version. It does not mean that it will not work for your dog. We all have to do what we have to do to keep our dogs happy and healthy. With my dogs issues I need to stay with the name brand. Good Luck. I hope that this product will work for you especially saving money helps too.

I have been splitting this amongst the dogs. They already get greek yogurt, so I didn't want to give them too many probiotics. Since starting these, our dogs have been more "regular" 🤣 and need to go outside more often. I do like how simple these are in the individual packets that dont require extra measuring. Especially for travel!

I have a 17 year old Mi-ki dog that loves to eat. He did not notice I gave him the probiotic in his food and he immediately accepted it. He had no problem with the taste. I like the ingredients and the fact that there are not a lot of additives. He did have slightly loose stools the first time I gave it to him. That could be due to his age. I gradually introduced the product over a few days and he was ok. I find this product very helpful, since he needs to take an antibiotic once a month.

This product has done amazing for our pup, Sadie! She was recently put on antibiotics for a skin infection. Antibiotics normally give her an upset stomach and diarrhea so I was already prepared, but I’m happy to report that she had no such issues with the help of Vet-IQ Probiotic! I just sprinkled the probiotic powder on top of her dry food once a day and that’s it! She loved the flavor too—clean plate club! I’m glad I had this product handy and will incorporate it into her routine to keep her digestive track healthy and her immune system supported!
