What happens if my cat licks it?

Some licking of the fur is acceptable. If a pet is over grooming directly after a bath, we would recommend to take the dog for a walk or have play time with the cat. This will take their minds off of over grooming.

When leaving conditioner in instead of rinsing does it leave any sticky film or cause the coat to get dirty quicker?

There should not a sticky film and the coat should not attract dirt if it is left on. To use, remove foil seal prior to use. Shake well. After shampooing the animal, massage conditioner into the coat working it down to the skin. For optimal soothing and conditioning, do not rinse. Conditioner may be used after every bath.

A poor knock-off of Davis' Oatmeal & Aloe Conditioner

I wanted a conditioner I could buy in bulk for my dog's weekly baths. This product looked similar to the Davis Oatmeal & Aloe, so I gave it a try. It's worse in

I wanted a conditioner I could buy in bulk for my dog's weekly baths. This product looked similar to the Davis Oatmeal & Aloe, so I gave it a try. It's worse in every way. The formula is thinner and not smooth like you'd expect a conditioner to be. Instead, it's a bit squeaky, like hotel bar soap. I know fragrances are subjective, but I love the apple scent of the Davis conditioner. This one smells cheap and overpowering to me. In conclusion, I made a mistake purchasing this product.
