Not deodorizing enough, questionable flushability, not efficient at all

I was so hopeful for this litter to be a less dusty alternative to fresh steps, but unfortunately this litter is not working for me at all. Not sure if my cat just pees a lot, but despite cleaning daily, the odor is unbearable. Started off with a very pungent ammonia smell during the first week, and then an indescribably unpleasant odor now in the second week. I've already used almost 2 full bags in two weeks. Despite being advertised as flushable, I had a toilet clog scare after which I stopped flushing the litter.

tracks & cat hated

My cat adjusts to change like a champ. But not with this. The texture and scent was off putting. And I think it tracked worse than regular litter.

The scent wasn’t super strong but it’s very absorbent which is excellent for my three idiots.
