Do you give the two chews together or do they need to be given hours apart?

Vetriscience recommends giving the chew at opposite ends of the day, and with food. Once the canine companion’s gastrointestinal track is used to the product, it can be given however the owner finds it easiest.

Did I receive a wrong item?

I received an item in a plastic jar, with a total different label which has wrinkles - label and the surface clear plastic are separated. I pressed the "seal" inside

I received an item in a plastic jar, with a total different label which has wrinkles - label and the surface clear plastic are separated. I pressed the "seal" inside the jar and I could smell the contents. It does not have expiration date so I cannot even tell if this is old or not. I gave one to my cat by cutting a piece in four small pieces. She ate it. But did not want to touch another dose. Chewy sometimes send me these "second quality" or "returned item" (I have received a cat tent clearly been opened once and pushed it into the package after that.) that makes me very disappointed. It is not fair that a business expect customers to spend their time to receive the first quality items. And the customer services are not very easy to communicate.

Tougher than Double Bubble

They smell good, like frosted flakes. But they are tough, so I had to cut them into kibble sized pieces so my cat would be willing to eat them. It was like trying

They smell good, like frosted flakes. But they are tough, so I had to cut them into kibble sized pieces so my cat would be willing to eat them. It was like trying to cut up Double Bubble or a tootsie roll that's been dessicating since the 90s. After a couple of days my cat wouldn't eat them at all. Not sure why he thought they were so unappealing...

My 11 year old male cat has urinary tract disease. These supplements were introduced to us through this veterinarian. He gets UTI’s and sometimes has blood in his urine. This supplement keeps his urine PH good and prevents crystal formation. I highly recommend this product to cats experiencing these same issues. A much added bonus is my very picky eater loves these and eats them like an amazing treat.

She sniffed it and seemed to want to eat it but couldn't figure out how. I cut it up and she still couldn't eat it. It's a weird texture, not solid, not soft. Kind
