Vetri-Bladder Canine is a combination of phytoestrogens that work together to support bladder function and is recommended for spayed females and senior pets to help maintain bladder control. Vetri-Bladder Canine supports healthy bladder function in spayed dogs, normal continence in early spayed dogs and bladder muscle strength. This product contains soy protein extract, which is a source of isoflavones. Isoflavones are phytoestrogens (plant based hormones) that help maintain normal bladder muscle tone lost after spaying or during the aging process.
Red clover flower Powder is considered to be one of the richest sources of isoflavones (water-soluble chemicals that act like estrogens and are found in many plants) available. The estrogen-like effect of red clover isoflavones may attach to estrogen receptors throughout the body. Specifically, they may attach to those receptors in the bladder that will support normal urinary control.

My 2 year old pup developed urinary incontinence and we noticed it happened when she was really relaxed, ie all tired out from exercise. She would wake up in her own urine and was completely not aware of it until she woke. Poor baby. We ran some diagnostics and blood work with the vet and after everything came back clear, we decided we wanted to try these supplements first before resorting to prescription medication. These chews worked their magic pretty much the next day. We haven't had a single accident since then!
My cane corso spayed female had some bladder control issues when I first adopted her in 2019. She dribbled urine mostly when she was sleeping/relaxed, and was greatly exaggerated when she was anesthetized for a dental. I started giving her this supplement and she hasn't had an accident or left wet spots on her bed since. I did take her off of it briefly when I was testing to see if it really was an incontinence issue and the dribbling came back, but went away again after I put her back on the chews. The only downside is that she is a picky eater and will not eat them even if broken into small chunks. I grind them into as much of a powder as I can (they're a chewy consistency) and hide them in wet food.
My older, spayed female dog was having incontinent issues, & my vet recommended these chews for her for long term. She loves getting these treats daily. I am hopeful that these will help solve her problems.
Not sure they really helped my old girl unfortunately. Maybe I need to find a different kind for senior dogs or something. She didn't mind the taste at all thankfully
Highly recommend! These were recommended by our vet for our senior dog who was experiencing severe incontinence. Within a week, the accidents stopped and we’ve been using them ever since, for over a year.
Our dog developed spay incontinence leaving large puddles while resting at the end of the day. I started her on VetriScience Bladder Strength which had worked for a prior dog we had. It did not help our current dog. When I realized that Vetri Bladder was a different formulation, not just a different flavor, I tried it and it worked. She hasn’t had an accident for 3 months. I would recommend starting with one and if it doesn’t work, try the other one. Our first dog didn’t leave large puddles but dribbled while walking. The vet called it walking incontinence. I wish vets would suggest trying these supplements instead of jumping to Proin.
My Cavalier King Charles is on a lot of heart meds then got a lung infection (I think from her doggy pool) she couldn’t hold her urine, peeing or dripping all over. I got this in on Tuesday and it worked instantly! I cannot believe it. No drips. No day accidents (still has issues at night but that’s her heart meds and Lasix/Spirolactone) really worth it.
My lab developed spay incontinence a few months ago. Initially, she was on Proin, but one of the main side effects is an increase in anxiety. With her, it was full blown panic. We reduced the dose, but the anxiety was still there and the Proin was not effective on the dose where I no longer saw anxiety. I was also not comfortable with the fact that Proin increases blood pressure and worried about the long term effects. We switched to Incurin which resolved the issue about 50%. I felt discouraged that nothing was working for us. But I did some research on bladder support supplements for spayed females and our vet recommended this brand. My dog has been on these chews for a week and a half (in conjunction with Incurin) and I have already noticed a difference. I hope these continue to work and perhaps I can reduce the Incurin dosage as well. I’m just glad that we finally seem to have this issue under control.
I have not seen an improvement using this supplement in my 9 year old cavapoo night incontinence issues... nor have I seen any issues. She does enjoy the “treat”. I suppose it’s worth a try since it’s worked for others.
This product absolutely works. From day 1, we saw a big difference in our dog, who is very old and cannot hold her urine. Definitely buy
