Are all of your ingredients grown/harvested in the US? Are there any ingredients from China or other foreign countries; if so which countries do you get ingredients?

Roughly how many cups are in a 40# bag?

There will be approximately 4 cups per pound of kibble. The 5 pound bag will have close to 20 cups, the 15 pound bag close to 60 cups and the 40 pound bag close to 160 cups.
