worked for our 7 pound cat but mostly because she was OK with wearing it.

The funny thing is she’s never been a big fan of clothes, but I think she understood that this was to help her now it canbe really great thing and a big game changer

The funny thing is she’s never been a big fan of clothes, but I think she understood that this was to help her now it canbe really great thing and a big game changer. But it’s not gonna work for every cat. We used it with a donut cone for like a weekand a half and then independently for a few more days while she was recovering from surgery. It worked great for us and was way more comfortable than a plastic cone. But our Vet strongly advised to at least use the donut cone with it.

Its good

I like it alot my cats arent as stressed like with a cone . My only problem is it runs big or my cats are just smaller I had to use a hair tie to make it more fit

I used it on my adult female when she got spayed after having babies and then on my 7mo kitten . Both again manage to get out unless I used hair tie

Poorly made, Doesn't work for a smart cat

First off it was too big or had too much stretch, she's a 10 lb cat. I had to use three baby diaper pins to make it tighter my cat's still managed to get her front

First off it was too big or had too much stretch, she's a 10 lb cat. I had to use three baby diaper pins to make it tighter my cat's still managed to get her front feet out of it didn't fit she kept getting her knees into the vest instead of being outside of the leg hole like they're supposed to be. It definitely didn't help that the stitching started to pull apart at the seams from me repositioning it and trying to get it to fit securely enough. Even on calming meds which I thought would help her just sleep while wearing it she did not stop until she figured out how to shimmy a leg up out of it and then get the other leg out too very angry the entire time not sure what they did when she got spayed. Luckily this is just for a hotspot so I guess I'll keep treating it with ointment and just bugging her so she doesn't like it. I'll have to watch her like a hawk for my full-time job because nothing works to keep her from licking it

I have a cat that is at least 10 years old that I got this for because she has been taking her scabs off causing open wounds. Her wounds are finally healing on their own, thankfully. I got this to help speed up the recovery process only for her to take it off in less than 5 minutes. It's easy to put on and take off thanks to the Velcro bottom and how slim it is though because of that I think is why my cat was able to take it off herself somehow. I am still keeping it thinking I can use it when I get another cat along the line so stay tuned for more!

My cat knocked over his water bowl right after surgery and soaked the cone, so he was grumpy as heck. I tried this suit and honestly it saved the day. At first he waddled around like he forgot how to walk but he settled fast. The breathable fabric kept the wound clean and he stopped fussing with the stitches. Great pick for any kitty recovering, even if they act a lil dramatic about it.

It was big

Suzy got spayed so I put this on her. She got out of it in less than 15 minutes. It needs to be tighter or have the ability to be tightened.
