None of these colors or ropes look safe for any animal, let alone a rat. Fibrous ropes can cause choking and damage intestines if ingested, and I've seen *highlighter marker* colors look more "natural" than this.

I know that this is not a safe toy for Chinchillas. I did not look carefully at what I was purchasing before buying. As soon as it arrived I immediately realized it was NOT something that I could safely allow my Chinchillas or, Guinea Pigs to play with.

Are the dyes used to color this toy made with per safe ingredients like fruits?

Not for small animals!

This is a PARROT toy. Not a small animal toy. The dye and strings would NOT be okay for small animals like rats and Guineas!

I was sent parrot chew toys. There’s a big difference between a parrot and a guinea pig. Why would you send me not one but 2 parrot toys

Big fun for tiny teeth

Used to worry that my rats weren’t getting enough stimulation and that their teeth would overgrow. Ever since I introduced these color chew blocks, that’s changed. My boys went straight for them. Chewing, dragging, even stacking them! One even managed to hide a block in my slipper, which I discovered the hard way at 6 am The bright colors liven up their cage, and the safe, natural wood gives me peace of mind.
