Didn’t hold up

It wouldn’t stay up. Once you tighten it it would work lose and hang at an angle, not recommended

Defective Design

Bought one and was unable to attach it to the cage. Emailed Chewy and they sent me a replacement right away. Very pleasant and courteous. However, same problem with

Bought one and was unable to attach it to the cage. Emailed Chewy and they sent me a replacement right away. Very pleasant and courteous. However, same problem with the 2nd one. What happens is when you try to tighten the wing nut, it pulls the screw out instead of tightening. This makes it very unstable and spins or droops with any bird movement. Could actually hurt a bird. Not recommended.

The hardware was really weak
