We typically buy Stella & Chewy’s but I’ve been giving Vital Essentials a try. So far everything has been a hit! I like these soft nibs much more than S&C meal mixers

We typically buy Stella & Chewy’s but I’ve been giving Vital Essentials a try. So far everything has been a hit! I like these soft nibs much more than S&C meal mixers because I can break them into smaller pieces without them completely crumbling. I use these for training treats and my dog is always excited for them.

I don’t have to add water or anything because it is soft enough for him to eat. He seems to like it! I do cut it up because he won’t anything in big pieces. I give it a 10.

I have purchased Vital Essential freeze dried dog treats several times before and have never had a problem.

Great as a food topper and training reward!

I wanted a healthy and balanced dog food for my sweet girl so I tried Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried Raw Protein Beef Entree, soft nibs! I already give her a premium

I wanted a healthy and balanced dog food for my sweet girl so I tried Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried Raw Protein Beef Entree, soft nibs! I already give her a premium dog food that I am happy with, but I am willing to change if she likes it and or thought I could use the Vital Essentials as a topper for her food. We live in California fairly close to the beach. My dog is a very active 8 month old female Labrador retriever who expends an extreme amount of energy daily swimming, playing with other dogs, and generally being a puppy! Because of this, and that she is a growing puppy, she requires high a protein food that supports her bones and muscle development that does not have a bunch of unhealthy fillers. So far, we have used the beef soft nibs as a topper for her food and as training rewards! It has been great in both cases, she loves it! In fact, the nibs have been the most successful rewards during training that we have used! In general, we have been very happy with the Vital Essentials! Unlike some other premium raw dog foods that have to be ordered from obscure websites it can be bought conveniently from Chewy.com! The only "drawback" we have noticed is it has a fairly strong gamey/unpleasant smell and the texture is kind of strange. Neither of these are issues for my dog however, stinkier the better I guess! I would recommend Vital Essentials Beef Entree for any dog as a food topper, training reward, or even as regular dog food.
