Why no taurine listed? Cats really need the supplement taurine to be healthy

Taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid mostly found in muscle meat and organs like heart, kidney and liver and in seafood. Since this product contains Finely Ground Duck With Bone, Duck Heart, Duck Liver and Duckgizzard a taurine supplement isn't needed.

Crumbs not Patties

The quality has definitely taken a severe hit since purchasing this product. This is the only thing my cat would eat so unfortunately we’re dealing with a tone of

The quality has definitely taken a severe hit since purchasing this product. This is the only thing my cat would eat so unfortunately we’re dealing with a tone of wasted food and money due to the Patties falling apart and not keeping shape like they used to. Colors are always off and inconsistent. And now my cat turns her nose up completely to the Turkey flavor. We are still barely on the Duck but after trying to purchase from 3 different retailers due to the awful quality of receiving a majority of broken up crumbs, I’m at a loss to keep trying. Vitals only opted to resend bags but didn’t give any insight as to product changes.

Get the smaller oz bag, you pay 30 dollars for half the bag to be air when the patties are not that big. Glad I didn't go with the biggest option cause it's likely

Quality issue- dangerous

I understand raw food has fine ground up bone, but this is not fine nor ground; this is sharp shards of bone. My cat was acting odd so I started looking into his

I understand raw food has fine ground up bone, but this is not fine nor ground; this is sharp shards of bone. My cat was acting odd so I started looking into his food and preparing it for him differently so I broke it into smaller pieces with water and found this! I will now be taking him to the vet for scans to make sure other shards he’s consumed didn’t cause damage. And I tried to break the shards up and I struggled; there’s no way this is digestible and it’s honestly questionable if it’s raw bone. I used viva raw previously and never had this experience with any bone particles.

Disappointing

I've been feeding my cat the chicken mini patties for about 2 years. I saw the duck mini patties and thought I'd get a couple of bags and see if my cat liked it

I've been feeding my cat the chicken mini patties for about 2 years. I saw the duck mini patties and thought I'd get a couple of bags and see if my cat liked it. The chicken patties have tiny pieces of bone and feathers in them, but easily manageable. The duck patties have big bones and feathers in them. I threw away at least a quarter or more of each duck Pattie. I thought the chicken and beef patties were bad, but nothing like this. It's too expensive to toss that much away. I'll continue to use the chicken until I find a better product completely.

So far so good

I knocked off a star for so many bones. I’m glad I read the reviews first to know to look for them. I am trying these with my diabetic kitty. He likes them dry so

I knocked off a star for so many bones. I’m glad I read the reviews first to know to look for them. I am trying these with my diabetic kitty. He likes them dry so I break them up. He loves the Stella and Chewy but all the probiotics in those upset his stomach so I give those sparingly. We have figured out he is sensitive to probiotics. It’s hard to find a freeze dried food that’s a complete meal AND that’s very low carb and no probiotics. I wish they made this in a fish variety for cats. There is so many varieties for dogs but not as many for cats.

She also enjoys their other freeze dried patties, but this one is her favorite! They do smell pretty ripe, but I think that’s what draws her to it lol!
