This seems like an all seed diet. Do I need to mix this with pellets?

Parrotlets thrive on a basic mixed diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, greens, seed and pellets. They should also receive whole wheat bread, cooked rice, pasta and cooked dried beans.
Should your parrotlet also be on some kind of pellets and veggies also?
