Is it easy to assemble?

Yes. Extremely easy. No tools or anything required. Put the feet in the base. Turn it upright. Put the globe in. Fill it with litter. Put the top plastic piece on. Slide the step in it's slot. Put the bag on the waste bin and slide it underneath the litter box. Plug it in. It's super easy.

I wish I had purchased this years ago. Having two cats, it’s a lot to keep up with. One is a domestic tabby and the other is a Maine coon. I was skeptical that would be large enough for the main coon that she fits fine. They both throw litter onto the entry step that it’s easily dumped back in. The mat is a great accessory to help trap loose litter. The cons would be that the cc sometimes get stuck around the edges, but it’s nothing a little bit of cleaning can’t fix. Andby cleaning, I mean, I use the litter scoop to knock it loose and rerun the clean cycle. The cats love it, it’s convenient, wish I gotten it years ago.

Tech issue & broken

This came together so easy. Pieces laid in place. We had difficulty trying to find the site to download the app. Frustrating. It wouldn’t recognize the unit

This came together so easy. Pieces laid in place. We had difficulty trying to find the site to download the app. Frustrating. It wouldn’t recognize the unit to save us. Then when it did work it literally poured all the litter from the unit to the litter box. Not just the poo. After research we figured out it was broken. Then we could not reach the company (Warcat?) reference getting simply a replacement part. From here we had to call Chewy several times trying to get information reference the warranty etc. We finally found an email and sent a request for the replacement part. Still to this day no response. We ended up calling Chewy and had to send the whole unit back to them. In the mean time we ended up spending more money on litter and a box bc the girls had to have a potty. We hope the replacement unit arrives unbroken and the app is easy to use. Fingers crossed. We spent over $200 in hopes of a little convenience. It’s a lot of money to receive no communication from the maker of this product and Chewy ends up taking the fall. Chewy has been incredibly helpful. They provided contact information for Warcat and stated if we need more assistance to contact them hence were we are today.

This automatic litter box has pretty much erased scooping from my life. Now all I do is empty the waste drawer once a week and give it a good deep clean every month or so — easy, breezy, beautifully un-messy. The sensors do get a little dramatic now and then, pausing mid-clean like they’re catching their breath, but they always pick back up a few seconds later. No real harm done. The app, though — that’s where the magic lives. It serves up all kinds of quirky little stats: your cat’s weight before and after they take care of business, how long they lingered, and how many daily visits they made to their porcelain palace. With multiple cats (I’ve got two little mischief-makers), the system gets a bit confused, but for a single-cat household it would be spot-on. Even so, when it comes to keeping the box fresh, even in a multi-cat home, this thing is an absolute gem. It keeps the peace, keeps the house tidy, and keeps me far, far away from the scooping life I do not miss.

Pretty Cool!!

I've only had it about a week - and my 6 boys are still getting used to it..BUT so far... It's pretty heavy - when it was delivered my husband had to bring it in

I've only had it about a week - and my 6 boys are still getting used to it..BUT so far... It's pretty heavy - when it was delivered my husband had to bring it in 30 awkward pounds. Once in, it was pretty easy to assemble - just pay attention to which side the feet get attached to, otherwise you can't get the under bin in. Once assembled and placed, there's an app for it - an app that provides with more detail than I think I'd ever need about my cats and their bathroom habits. Nice features about it - you can turn off the auto clean, and have it clean when you want. Since as soon as it starts moving, my cats have to run up to it, it stops for a minute, starts again - and we're in a circle...been using the manual clean button (otherwise we'd probably burn out the motor). You can also turn it off if you want. It comes with the full set up - with mat, step, scooper and 2 rolls of bags. Would I buy another? Definitely considering it!

I am loving everything about this litter box. All 5 of my cats are using this litter box on a regular basis now. This litter box is very well made, and I can't hear it running at all. I actually had to buy a new camera because my old one quit working. My phone is a flip phone so no apps. So, I bought an Android Tablet so I could hook this up to wifi. I have never had an app before, so it took me almost 2 hours to figure out how to put the Tuya app on the new tablet. It is well worth all the trouble though if you have never looked at stats on the use of a litter box before. I wasn't sure if all my cats were using this litter box because I have never seen Houdini, Lexi or Stormy in this litter box yet. Miss Kitty and Dillon are always in it either playing or you know... Today was the first day I saw the stats on my tablet, and I found out the two little cats weigh about the same, almost 6 pounds now. They are so close in weight right now that just looking at the stats is hard to tell them apart. Then a 9 pound cat was using the litter box and that has to be Stormy. I didn't think she would even use this litter box because she is afraid of everything, but you cannot even hear this litter box run it is so quiet. Then a 19.63-pound cat showed up in the stats and that has to be Houdini and Lexi as they are both close to or over 20 pounds. I only have a few hours of stats right now, so I don't know if they are both still about the same weight or if only one of them tripped it twice this early morning. What I can tell you is occasionally I get something in the old litter box but as time goes by, they hardly ever use the old litter box. What is nice about this litter box is that so many different size cats can easily use it, and it doesn't jam up if there is more than one cat in a row that goes in it. I love this litter box.

I really like that it doesn't require special litter like most automatic litter boxes-I can use tidy cat or something similar. The only thing they could improve is the setup instructions. They were not very detailed.

The litter box itself isn’t loud and works amazing! The only thing would be to make sure you empty out the trash compartment every three days as it does start to smell really bad even with one cat usage. It says that it has a device to block smells but it really doesn’t work. Other than that it is really amazing and the app helps regulate it even when you aren’t near it.

We have tried putting his messes in the new box and turned it off so the items would not be cleaned away. So far, no luck. It was relatively easy to build. It's not significantly larger than the XL covered box we already had. But it's tall, and maybe that is why my cat does not like it.
