So, I haven’t actually received it (yet). I wanted to applaud Janika W. who I spoke to over Chewy support. Within about 5 minutes I was able to tell her I received all but this one item, she verified my information, was SUPER friendly, & immediately sent me the tunnel free of charge. CRINKLE KILLS THE TUNNEL EFFECT. I bought this tunnel because it was long and a bit wider than some. The black fabric coordinated with my cage accessories. BUT..

CRINKLE KILLS THE TUNNEL EFFECT. I bought this tunnel because it was long and a bit wider than some. The black fabric coordinated with my cage accessories. BUT... there should not be crinkle in a pet tunnel. My guy hated the crinkle - he slept under his blankets 3 days before he would go back into it. I don't know what that crinkle is and I don't know if my guy will chew it up. Please just sell me a nice, silent, roomy hanging tunnel and we will be happy. PS: I asked my guy if he liked it. He did not... but you don't want to know how he expressed his displeasure.

i would recommend

it came in welly packaged and the only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because i wasnt aware of a plastic layer in between the layers of fabric yet not to loud

So I had to put this close to the ground of my guinea pigs cage which is fine since they're not really climbers, but an improvement would be adding another set of straps or a strap in the middle for those small pets that do climb. Worked great for what I wanted though and my little dude likes running through it/sleeping in it

Very flimsy and loud!

When this arrived, I was shocked to feel the material it was made from. It sounded like their was plastic stuck between the layers. Of course when my chinchillas

When this arrived, I was shocked to feel the material it was made from. It sounded like their was plastic stuck between the layers. Of course when my chinchillas went to use it, they heard the noise and wanted to chew it. Because the material was so thin it was easy for them to chew up in a matter of three days. I couldn't even repair the broken strap because the material was falling apart. Perhaps this would be better suited for an animal that doesn't like to chew their hammocks (like a ferret). But even so, I was not impressed with the quality and nor were my chins.
