Needed to replace our retractable leash after 8 years of use so bought this one. We walk our dogs a few times a day and this isn’t going to work for us. It is already fraying and it isn’t water proof. It looks dingy and dirty since it seems to be made of a cotton blend.

The cotton is comfortable to hang onto even with a large, strong and poorly behaved dog on the other end. The only drawback is that the cotton absorbs water and mud, so if your dog seeks out swamps and you want your leash to stay pretty choose a dark color. These would be perfect for a well behaved city dog.

Light weight; perfect length

We've been experimenting with a variety of leashes and I like this one the best. It's light weight but feels strong. My dog is 40lbs of muscle and can be a puller

We've been experimenting with a variety of leashes and I like this one the best. It's light weight but feels strong. My dog is 40lbs of muscle and can be a puller at times. We are working through training and this has been easy for me to hold and manipulate with a good length to allow her to explore a bit as well.

These would be good for Great Danes.

I have Scottish terriers. My vet chastised me because I use retractable leads for so I ordered these. Impossible. If they slow down there’s a 3-4 foot gap that

I have Scottish terriers. My vet chastised me because I use retractable leads for so I ordered these. Impossible. If they slow down there’s a 3-4 foot gap that I have to control. Walks are no fun for me or the dogs. The tags are still on these leads since I only tried them once. Let me know if you want them back to sell to Great Dane owners.

The color is cute, love that they used recycled cotton! The metal parts are sturdy and feel very secure. My dog (50ish pounds) is reactive and sometimes pulls hard, and so far, this leash does a great job! Haven't tested the reflective stripes yet, but I like the Idea.
