This recipe is not guaranteed to be human grade. Wellness sources all of their protein ingredients from partner suppliers who are able to meet their exacting quality standards-- standards that enable them to deliver consistently safe, premium-quality food for pets, including no use of growth hormones/antibotics and raising animals on a regular diet of quality feed. Their suppliers also must comply with local, state and federal environmental standards. As such, their protein sources have been raised in the most environmentally friendly and humane way possible.
