This is a jelly like pate with little shrimp in it! My cat can be picky and she sometimes likes this food and sometimes doesn't. She needs variety I seems, so I can't just buy a large quantity of this to feed her alone, but in a rotation she accepts it. I love the quality of Weruva and would recommend it. If your cat does not like jelly ish pate, this might not be great though

My senior girl has always been picky about her food preferences so I was a little concerned when I introduced her to some of the Weruva products. Shouldn't have worried becasue she loves them. I think she especially likes the texture of the pate. It's very soft and easy for her 15 year old chompers to chew and digest. I can always count on her finishing her plate when I put the Weruva down. Highly recommend.
