Weruva is a family company, wholly owned and operated by pet parents David and Stacie Forman. They originally developed Weruva, a luxurious natural pet food, for their three rescued cats: Webster, Rudi and Vanessa. After searching for the best cat food under the sun to feed them, they realized the best wasn’t good enough and developed these fantastic recipes using quality sourced ingredients.

Weruva is the only brand he likes
Anything with beef in pate form he will eat. Anything else from anyone else he will just sniff
Had high hopes
Always looking for a poulty free food for one of my kitties, but they all get to eat it. Had high hopes that they would like it, but unfortunately not the case.

It's just okay!
My kitty used to like this flavor but has changed his mind. I have noticed that he has become less enthusiastic about Weruva foods in the last many months. I've stopped feeding the Cats in the Kitchen varieties that used to be a staple, because in the last nine months, the gravy in two of the flavors appears white. That is concerning and makes me question the quality and dosages of the supplements that are used in their foods.
My cat is not picky
Amazing food for my kitty cat. She is going crazy when she sees me opening this purple packet, she literally eats everything and this one seems to be her favourite. She loves new food. It is also very easy for me. I open it, mix it and give it to her. I feel like my cat eats healthier then me, lol. Because the ingredients are amazing. It is full with lots of vitamins, which is important for my 12 year old cat. Beef & salmon dinner from Weruva will be choice, as my cat loves it.
My Picky Maxx
I have a beautiful rescue by the name of Maxx. He tends to be a picky eater and I knew trying him on something new may be a challenge. He took one whiff of the pate and walked away. It has been several days now, that I have been trying to incorporate this into his meals. A bit at a time. Even when mixing with other foods, he works around the pate. The slide out pouch makes this very convenient. Gifted by Weruva.
Cats love the beef and salmon flavor
Gifted by weruva. My cats love the beef and salmon flavor! I squeeze it to one side before opening the packet & then mix it in with their dry food. They love this stuff! I like that it’s a family owned business by actual pet owners & it’s grain free!
Even my picky girl loves this one!
I have three Maine Coons. One who will eat anything, one who has a discriminating palette, and one who turns her nose up at almost everything. This flavor is a favorite of all three! It is one of only two that all three of my cats will remain at the plate for until every last morsel is gone.
Pros and cons
Pros: - The cans aren't dented because it doesn't come in cans! The brand I bought before came in cans and a huge percentage were dented every time. - He can eat it! He has a very sensitive system and almost every food I tried (A lot of different tries!) made him sick. He had to adjust to it slowly, but can eat it without vomiting or diarrhea. -He likes it. Cons: - It's pricey for me. But my guy is worth it. - The plastic pouches. While I like that they don't get dented, I wish there was an eco-friendly option. - It is very thick and it bound him up. I've started mixing water into it. The food absorbs the water and doubles in volume. Now he's regular again. -It really makes his breath stink. The food stinks, too, probably because of the fish. But I'm not going to try any other foods since he can tolerate this one. The food I used to get has been discontinued, so I'm glad to have found one that he likes and can tolerate.
