Not designed for aggressive chewers or destroyers. Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

My pup is a bit like Mikey ... picky when it comes to this particular texture ... and he likes it!
This brand was recommended by our vet for our chewer! The pup loves it. The design makes it easy to figure out where the treats are and the legs make it bounce all different ways when thrown. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I can’t figure out what treats to use in the middle. They are either too small and fall right out, or they are too big and don’t come out at all.
I've had some difficulty finding toys my pup didn't eat/tear apart. He took to this toy immediately and especially loves a little snack in the middle from time to time. I love this company, products are made in the USA so I don't have to worry about the safety of my pet. The first "bone" that I purchased has lasted over a year and still going strong. Really allows for as much chewing as my pup wants.
My dog chewed through this within 30 minutes
I love putting different things in here to freeze for my dog later. My only thing is that sometimes my dog will get her bottom jaw stuck in her when trying to get what is inside. It has never gotten to the point where I had to help her or anything, but, like every other thing you give your dog, just make sure to monitor them while they use this.
I have 10 of these. I fill them EVERY morning with kibble food and apple sauce, top off with homemade bone broth, and place them in a large muffin pan in the freezer. I use them as the afternoon meal replacement for my Rottie Mix and my Pittie Mix. The frozen treats keep them busy after work so we can make dinner, eat dinner, clean up, etc. They are messy, so be sure to keep them off the couch LOL.
This is not an particularly challenging toy, especially not compared to the classic Kong design. That's exactly what makes it right for us. My little cavaliers have struggled to dig more than a third of the way down into the smallest Kongs. They never did figure out how to grasp a Kong to hold it steady, and their tongues aren't that long. They get frustrated at being unable to get most of their treat, and I dislike the food waste. It's also hard to hand clean those things. Whereas the zogoflex gives them a heavy object that's fun to bat around, carry in their mouth, etc and that they can pin down with their forepaws while they lick inside a fairly wide opening compared to the Kongs meant for puppies and small breeds. Unfortunately, zogoflex's opening is only slightly wider than a rounded teaspoon, so tricky to load. Which is my only complaint. The dogs are able to get at about 90% of the contents, and by the time they've gotten that far they aren't noticeably frustrated about that 10% remainder. I can also hand clean it thoroughly instead of waiting to run the dishwasher. The dogs enjoy playing with zogoflex, filled or unfilled. It even has a fun unpredictable bit of bounciness that's nice for playing indoor fetch. The teething puppy especially likes that it's a sturdy chew toy she can gnaw on for a long time without damaging the rubber. I'm sure eventually it will give out. Meanwhile, we've already bought more. Expensive, but worthwhile.
My english pointer loves to chew things and this toy has held the record. Works exceptionally well at storing cookies/biscuits and is needed challenge for her.
I absolutely love all our West Paw toys, they are durable and last, and our dogs love them! Also love that they are a USA company, and use recycled plastics!
Pearl is an 8 mo (20lb) Mini Bernedoodle. She LOVES chew toys and is a heavy chewer. She has been obsessed with this toy since she got it. I love that the crevices don’t go all the way through each branch of the toy. There is a wall you can spread PB on and makes it easy for fingers or bottle brushes to reach and clean out. And the fact that I can put it in the dishwasher is a HUGE plus.
