The treats are hard.

The first time I bought this treat it was at the bottom of a very heavy box and the treats were smashed up in the package. It turned out to be ok because my cat

The first time I bought this treat it was at the bottom of a very heavy box and the treats were smashed up in the package. It turned out to be ok because my cat decided that she likes it that way. So now I smash up the treats into dust and pour some out for her to lick up. And when I say the treats were hard I used a pair of pliers to squeeze the package and break up the treats. For the most part I could not break up with my bare hands. In the end my cat loves them and begs for this treat even if it is broken up into dust.

These are so much harder and dense than the previous recipe. My cat will still eat them, but they no longer are differentiated from other kibble-like treats.

Recent formula change completely altered these to a totally different product. I used to be able to pinch these into a powder to sprinkle on my cats food. They’d were light and airy. Now they are rock hard and my cat hates them. They also helped his digestion. They don’t seem to do that anymore either.

Why did you have to ruin a good thing? Who ever thought these rocks could be eaten by cats with tiny teeth? My cat loved the original. They I'd end up with some powder, which I just mixed in with her food. These?? Poor kitty tries to eat it , but will spit it out because it is too big to swallow, and she can't break it. Now Stuck with 2 bags of these rocks and without my cat's favorite treats. So utterly disappointed !
