I don’t know what happened to this brand. My dogs used to love these treats. They’re horribly inconsistent now. The huge bag I just bought is so burnt that they’re hard as a rock. My dogs want nothing to do with them. They were always firm but chewable. These seem like they’ll break a tooth. I don’t know what happened to the quality but it’s just not like it used to be.

NOT meant for my canine's taste requirements, but could be for others.

CHEWY was most understanding when asking them if I could return it, and they were even more helpful to refund my monies and more me to donate it to the Animal Shelter

CHEWY was most understanding when asking them if I could return it, and they were even more helpful to refund my monies and more me to donate it to the Animal Shelter I have close by where I've donated other items that either don't work out or just to help those not so fortunate to have a loving, caring home yet / again and they need outside people to help think and care for them to lessen their stress from their "hopefully short term environment until a new loving caring owner shows up to take full complete care for the rest of their shorter than human life spans. Not fair,...someone up above wasn't giving it all they should have for lengthening their life span so they and we can spend more time together enjoying each other exponentially !!!

Formerly, bought a different brand and dog loved that brand of peeled, slices of sweet potatoes (I even tried one and although I wouldn't eat for pleasure, good enough that I could have heated and eaten with butter instead of sweet potatoes straight from the store)....This brand was unpeeled, dry, shriveled, tough and dog wouldn't even put in his mouth). DO NOT BUY. I only got because they were BOGOF but COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

I bought this brand across the board (Bites, Chews and Fries), but something has gone terribly awry (see review/pictures on Bites, also). I was very brand loyal, but this is ridiculous when there are numerous single ingredient alternatives and they have now made them even more expensive for product which may or may not be edible? I miss opening the bag and actually smelling sweet potato. I returned a couple bags previously when I thought it was just a fluke, but don't want to be obnoxious and feel like it would be questionable why I would try again. The product decline is so sad.
