Hard as rocks-Don’t waste your money

So disappointed in this product. I bought this for my 8lb Pomeranian. Thought the bite size would be better. First they left them out of my order. So I had to contact

So disappointed in this product. I bought this for my 8lb Pomeranian. Thought the bite size would be better. First they left them out of my order. So I had to contact them to send since I had paid for them. Then when I tried them they were hard as a rock. I couldn’t squeeze them and she was just playing with it. So I tried biting it and couldn’t get my teeth through it. Not sure if they have been sitting on the shelf for years and are old or a crappy product. The one’s from Sam’s are soft and pliable. So much better. Very disappointed in Chewy.

Holy Price Increase and Afraid to Buy

I wish there was a way to get someone's attention on this. These were 7.99 in may and now top $11 for the same bag. This is crazy when the one I bought in May I

I wish there was a way to get someone's attention on this. These were 7.99 in may and now top $11 for the same bag. This is crazy when the one I bought in May I could actually use. Now, I don't know what to do because my dog loves the cubes (I have found decent replacements for the chews and fries), but I DEFINITELY can't afford to throw them away at 150% of the cost. I want to try again, but the inconsistency is so wild. How do you get an answer?

They are harder than I expected, but my dog loves them, regardless. Being that they're on the harder side, they not only help his tummy but also help his teeth.

Just too big for them

These were just a little too big for them. They would have choked on these. I tried to soften them by letting them soak in water, but that didn't work.
