Bring all the birds to your yard with Wild Delight’s Sock Finch Feeder! This feed and feeder are designed to attract wild finches and other outdoor pets. The sock feeder is packed with premium nyjer seed—an oil seed that finches and other birds go wild for. The disposable nylon sock feeder is completely refillable and doesn’t require any cleaning like traditional feeders. Plus, finches prefer eating from a soft sock feeder as opposed to a tube feeder!

  • The feeder is easy to refill, so you can keep the bird buddies coming back for more.
  • Contains premium nyjer seed, which is an oil seed.
  • Attracts finches since they prefer to eat from a sock-styled feeder.
  • The sock feeder is completely disposable, so there is no cleaning necessary!

    No good - no bueno

Neither finches nor other varieties of birds are eating this stuff. The sock is unattractive to top it off. It’s now a dirty sock after hanging outside for a month. Ugh!

This net of seed is a good size. I would love to buy an even smaller sock like this...

    Great Feeder

    By on

We bought this for the wild house finches that nested on our front porch, and they loved it. We've attracted several house finches, and just recently, we've gotten a mated pair of goldfinches, as well. :) Extremely happy with this!

    Bird sock feeder

    By on

Unfortunately, the finches were not drawn to it. We have a house bird feeder that they love and so I thought they might like the sock. I tried different locations for a couple of days each, but my feathered friends were not interested. I don’t blame Chewy, which for me is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. No better customer service. It’s just that this item isn’t for the birds (at least, not mine.). I normally would let Chewy know, but at a time like this, it’s too trivial.

    Gold Finch

The state bird here is the Gold Finch. I only have seen a few until I got the sock feeder, now we have a ton! I am going to get several more! I love it!

    No Birds So Far

    By on

I’ve had it for several weeks but I haven’t seen any birds on it. Maybe once they realize what it’s for they’ll like it.

Perfect length to let a flock of birds eat together, to protect from cats.

    By on

What I think of the Wild Delight Sock Finch Feeder is much less important than how the finches feel, and they utterly love it. The length holds a few at a time as they prefer, and is high enough off the ground to protect them from cat predators. Other brands have been way too long which leads to seed going bad as well as bird deaths--not the result we want. It's great.

    Finch Feeder

Love it. Had birds visit within two days of hanging it. I think a darker sock would be less noticeable.
