    This products works.

My English Springer Spaniel has high PH, high white blood cells and very large spiky Crystals in his urine even with 6 months of Urinary SO dog food and nothing else, Vet recommended adding this to his food. So I bought this along with some urinary test strips to monitor his PH and WBC. I was able to get a perfect PH with only a 1/4 teaspoon a day sprinkled on his Urinary SO food and no more WBC. Vet had recommended 1/2 teaspoon twice a day but PH was too low. Some trial and error, urinary test strips were helpful or I would still be giving him what vet recommended and not knowing where we stood.

    It really helps

I have 3 male cats who sometimes get crystals in their urine even with the special food. Adding this really helps. They're super picky , but do not mind this powder.

    What a great product!

My 6 year old female cat Noel has had intermittent issues with UTI’s bloody urine for about 3 years now, and we have her on the Wysong Urinary food which helps but this past time the antibiotics didn’t do the trick. My vet gave us a sample of a Prescription urinary food but she vomited it back up , so that wouldn’t work. I found this and it works great! I put 1/2 in a small amt. soft food 2x daily so she gets the full dose. We use this with her regular food , all is good!

Cat does not like the taste

    By on

My cat will only eat a very small portion of her food when I mix this in so she's not getting the benefit. I tasted it myself and it just tastes like salt to me, which is probably why my cat drank so much water when I gave it to her. I'm trying another liquid product now that is easier to give to her.

Really helps with struvite crystals/urinary problem in our male cat!

    By on

I purchased this supplement to mix with Wysong's canned urinary cat food and it seems to be working very well. He had struvite crystals blockage that the vet resolved with a catheter, but it seemed to be coming back after a couple of weeks, as we noticed his urine was dark/bloody and he strained to pee. I pruchased Wysong's urinary dry food, which was ok, but the problem was not resolved yet. The prescription cat foods may work, but they are total junk with cheap filler ingredients. We also purchased Urinary Gold drops and give him 1/2 dropperful 2x daily, along with 1 tsp. of the Wysong Biotic PH powder 1x daily in his food. He is MUCH better, urinating normally and not straining any longer. I purchased this supplement to mix with Wysong's canned urinary cat food and it seems to be working very well. Beware with finicky eaters

    By on

Our cat has FIC and suddenly refused to eat any of the food prescribed for his disease, or the OTC urinary tract foods found at the store. He won't drink from a fountain and trying to keep him hydrated and urinating has become a huge challenge. I was hopeful when I found this product that I could feed him a quality pet food he likes by making it into a slight slurry and adding this to further lower his PH. However, he is an incredibly picky eater. I started by just trying to add a pinch of this Wysong supplement and mix it into his food. He refused to go near it and attempted to cover it like a pile of poop. So, if you have a finicky cat, beware, this may not be your silver bullet. My cat likes the way it tastes

    By on

My cat had urinary issues and had expensive emergency vet care. The vet recommended a prescription food, so I switched and put my cat on the new food. My poor kitty got super sick from the new food. I switched him back to his old food along with this ( and one other supplement) and he seems to be doing well. It’s been about 2 months. My cat is a picky eater and really likes the taste of this supplement. He even pushes the food aside to lick the powder from the bottom of the bowl!

    Seems to Work

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I am always hesitant to give my pups yet another supplement. However, I was made aware by my vet that one of my dogs had too high a PH balance. After research I decided to try this product. I’ve been using PH tester strips and this product has lowered his PH from 7.5 to average 5 - 6. And that’s just using half the dosage.

    Been using for 6yrs.

    By on

My 8yr. old female spayed cat has had recurring UTI's since she was 2. As soon as I started using PH- and adding more water to her canned food her problems reduced to once a year or even less compared to 2-4 times/yr. when she was younger.

    Will eat on occasion

    By on

Out of four urinary tract remedies that I recently tried, this is the only one my cat will occasionally eat. Therefore it is not a total loss but I would not buy it again.
