Good Stuff
My dogs all love this product. The fact that it helps clean their teeth is a happy bonus. With that said..........I bought this product 1 month ago from Chewy and it was $20.89. Now the price has surprisingly jumped to $27.80, with auto ship. Does the company see that a product has been selling well and decide to increase the price??? I may have to rethink this product or buy it else where. With 3 dogs, this will get very pricey.
Dog Won’t Eat His Food With This
Both dogs love cheese, and this didn’t have amy strange odor or texture, but the Jack Russell will NOT eat his food with this on it, and he loves his food (Victory kibble). It also doesn’t shake out but pours out of the shaker side. Directions call for the same amount for adult dogs regardless if size, but maybe a tsp split between two meals is too much of that taste in his food, I don’t know. Waste of $20 though IMHO.
Not getting the results I expected
Read many great reviews of this product but not noticing an improvement in my dog's breath. Disappointing.
Great stuff
I've been using this for years. I first tried with my stinky breathed (and very kissy) 14 year old Boston Terrier. The vet said she we could postpone the scheduled cleaning after about 3 months of use. Really helped with the tartar and breath.
Recommended by a friend with three dogs--my two like the taste.
There's no way to tell if it works. We sprinkle it on or after their food. Expensive, but so is the doggie dentist. I trust my friend, so bought this.
So far they love it
Too soon to tell if they will have better teeth but my dog and cats love the taste everyone inhaled their food with the cheese on. Smells like parm so they love it
My cat doesn't like the powder
Maybe it's just the powdery consistency, but she won't eat it. I put it in her dish with dry food because the description says that it's best eaten on its own instead of mixed into wet food. Maybe I'll mix it in her wet food anyway and see what happens.
cat refused to eat it
I put this on his favorite food, just a tiny bit, he ate right around it leaving the food the powder was on. Why can't they make something effective AND something the cats will eat or without any flavor at all?
Tried and true...
My four year old dog has been on this since she was six months old, maybe younger, and so has my now two year old. To be completely transparent, it’s not a daily thing. I keep it in rotation among brushing their teeth and using Tropiclean’s breath spray. My dogs are raw fed and get whole animal treats to chew on, so that definitely has helped keep any tartar or plaque at bay, but I will continue to keep this in our arsenal because Wysong uses ingredients that truly do help reduce the build up that can happen over time or due to starchy diets. I will always recommend dental supplements like this or Tropiclean over any potato-based treat like Greenies—do your research and you’ll find that the starch mixing with their saliva is actually what causes the tartar build up over time and plaque is what causes the bad breath. Keeping their gums and teeth healthy promotes a fresh mouth and eliminates any bacteria from flowing from their mouth into their bloodstream—which helps prevent other health issues down the road. I mix this with their food (when I’m lazy), but find it works best when you make it into a paste and let them lick it up on its own. Do it after feeding or before bed, so that the ingredients can work better.

Smells like parmesan cheese. But thus stuff truly works for my cat. And the cats love it.
